Walk-in Interview – Temporary Demonstrator
Walk in interview for the appointments to the following temporary position will be held on 09th October 2026 from 09.30 to 12.00 noon in the Board Room of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Jaffna Ariviyalnagar, Kilinochchi.
- Temporary Demonstrator in Agricultural Chemistry (Soil Science)
Required Qualifications:
- A degree in Agriculture with Specialization in Soil Science with First or Second Class (Upper Division) Honours;
OR
- A degree in Agriculture with Specialization in Soil Science with Second Class (Lower Division) Honours;
Salary and other Benefits
- A fixed monthly salary of 68,145/-subject to a deduction of Rs.6029/- as an unpaid amount, in accordance with Commission Circular No.02/2025 (i) dated 04.04.2025.
In addition to the above salary, the allowances approved by University Grants Commission applicable to the posts will also be paid.
Interested candidates with the required qualifications should fill the online form before 4.00 pm on 05th October 2026 and present for the walk-in interview for the above-mentioned posts with educational and any other relevant certificates (originals) along with certified copies, National Identity Card and duly filled application.
