The fund will be awarded to financially disadvantaged final-year science students, with priority given to former students of Kokuvil Hindu College.

This scholarship will be awarded to Tamil-speaking, highly disadvantaged 1^st year and 2^nd year science students, with priority given to orphaned students.

The scholarship will be awarded to Arts and Science undergraduate students in need of financial assistance, with priority given to orphans and refugees.

1. Applicants should not be in receipt of any financial assistance except Mahapola Scholarship / Bursary.
2. The application form should be downloaded from the University website (jfn.ac.lk) and printed on both sides of A4 paper.
3. Ensure that the application form is fully and accurately completed. Incomplete applications will be rejected.
4. If certified salary details are not available, a certificate of income issued by your Grama Niladhari and Divisional Secretary must be attached.
5. Each student is permitted to submit only one application per scholarship.
6. The completed application must be submitted to the Welfare Services Branch on or before 02^nd June 2026.
7. Applicants are required to submit both:

• The Google Form, and
• A hard copy of the application along with all supporting documents to the Welfare Services Branch.

Important: Only applicants who have submitted both the Google Form and the hard copy prior to the deadline will be considered for selection.
