Verification of Records – of Degree Certificates, Academic Transcripts, and other related documents.

Please get in touch with us/ send a reminder if you do not receive a response within 14 working days. 

Organisations (All organizations including Higher Educational Institutions)

Please be informed that a fee of LKR. 1,000.00 will be charged per verification for degree certificates, academic transcripts, and statements (LKR.1,000.00 per document) as a processing fee for requests made by the Organisations.

Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Employment and Tourism, Sri Lanka

Please be informed that a fee of LKR. 500.00 will be charged for each verification about degree certificates, academic transcripts, and statements (LKR.500.00 per document) as a processing fee for requests made by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Employment and Tourism, Sri Lanka.

Government Departments in Sri Lanka

Government departments that seek verification of records/ documents of their employees for placement/ confirmation/ promotion do not need to pay for the verification. If you can, please provide the email address to send the letter of verification.

• Fill your personal information in the slip and use reference number in place of account number.
• Please keep a photocopy of the slip with you before providing it to the university.
